David graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Penn State University where he was awarded the Design Excellence Award. He also studied architecture, urban planning and cartography at the Pantheon Institute in Rome.
David subsequently worked for the prolific New York architecture firm Hill West Architects designing luxury high-rise residential buildings, most notably 210 West 77th Street and 221 West 77th Street. These two buildings developed by the Naftali Group and designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen have transformed 77th Street in the Upper West Side. The sales were lead by Stribling and the units flew off the shelf. He also worked on the forthcoming 91 Pacific Street, a Fortis Development that will pierce the Brooklyn skyline in dramatic fashion.
Experience preparing drawings from schematic design all the way through construction make him an asset to any conversation regarding the architecture of New York City.
