ABOUT

Luxury focused but with a broad appeal, David A. Palmieri made the seamless shift from architecture to real estate in New York. His understanding of building design and construction, and experience in the luxury market are complemented by his talent for telling eloquent stories about space and materiality. With a strong social media footprint and keen photography skills, David paints a wonderful picture of real estate in the city from a unique vantage point.

Originally from Huntington, Long Island, David graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Penn State University where he was awarded the Design Excellence Award. He also studied architecture, urban planning and cartography at the Pantheon Institute in Rome. David subsequently worked for the prolific New York architecture firm Hill West Architects designing luxury high-rise residential buildings, most notably 210 West 77th Street, 221 West 77th Street, and the forthcoming 91 Pacific Street. He prepared drawings from schematic design all the way through construction, and has an artistic sense that helps clients envision the possibilities of home.

David prides himself on his genuine, honest and clear communication. He enjoys being an advisor and a dedicated partner in the real estate process, providing information, support and solutions for each client whether they are buying, selling or renting.

A golf enthusiast, David caddied at the prestigious Huntington Crescent Club on Long Island for 10 years. His other interests include photography, art, restaurants, travel and cigars. David lives in the Upper West Side and works with clients throughout Manhattan.
