Top New York urban photographers were invited to come together at 111 Murray Street for a very special viewing of apartment 44 West. The goal was to open the doors and capture this spectacular new 3 Bedroom 3 Bath rental listing with compelling photography. Within a week the apartment was rented from all the buzz!!

The photographers were thrilled to have the keys to such an incredible vantage point in the city. On a clear day you can see expansive views stretching all the way to the newest construction of Central Park South. 56 Leonard stands tall in the foreground and the Empire State Building soars above its surroundings in the distance. With a slight turn you can view up and down the West Side Highway and watch boats drift by on the Hudson.

In the southern portion of the unit you find the master bedroom and bath. It is here where you can gaze up at the Freedom Tower and off in the distance towards the Statue of Liberty. The views are unrivaled and the photographers were ecstatic to have the opportunity to share them on instagram with their audiences. Below is a collection of several photos taken from the event.
