David attended a brokers’ open house that was promoted with Faicco’s Italian specialty sandwich shop, a West Village staple. He then shot a quick video for his Instagram showcasing each extraordinary element of the apartment. Just a few minutes later, an acquaintance messaged him and said that he watched the video tour…. and wanted to arrange a tour immediately with his wife.
